Thank you for your recent query regarding your bottle of Maxicrop Original that has become blown. I am sorry that you have had this experience with our Maxicrop Original. This is a very rare occurrence.
From your description I would like to explain that if contamination gets into the bottle it can cause the contents to start fermenting. This is because one of Maxicrops modes of action is to stimulate beneficial microbes in the soil, or in this case your bottle.
We have checked back and this batch, made in April 2017 passed all its tests and we have had no other complaints about it. This has probably been caused by a bit of muck or dust getting into the bottles, hence our recommendation to always replace the lid so that the contents remain clean
I would like to refund you for your purchase and am going to post a £10 Garden Gift Voucher to you in recompense.
These garden gift vouchers may be exchanged for any goods at Wyevale Garden Centres, The Range, Notcutts Garden Centres and most good garden retailers. Once again our apologies for this inconvenience.
